Reminder:
We will be having our school-based "Young Enterprising Student" display on the first Wednesday after we come back after the Easter holidays. So anyone who wants to enter needs to be ready! We held an exhibition of our Architecture Project in the Parents' Room yesterday. We were delighted that most of our parents / families came to see it. We felt very proud of our work and were glad to have the opportunity to display it and tell about it. Thanks to Mrs. Clear for organising the project. Thanks to Alan Meredith, Architect and Artist, for working with us on this project over the last 8 weeks. Thanks to Laois Education Centre for sponsoring the project. Thanks to Ms. Brennan for help with construction ! Thanks to parents, grandparents and other family members who came to our exhibition. Thanks to the other classes and their teachers who came to visit the exhibition. Thanks to Mrs. Gaffey for providing our visitors with a cup of tea and biscuits. ( We will be having tea and biscuits ourselves in class on Friday !) But, most especially, thanks to all the girls in 5th class who put in 100% effort at every step of the project. Well done girls. You did a great job ! Thanks for reading our 5th class Blog.
