We must try to speak to ourselves in an encouraging and gentle way. Many of you have created a positive affirmations board and it is on display in Room 3. Why not create one for home? You don't need corkboard and pins, you could use an old cereal box and ask someone to help you make some holes in it to tie some string/ribbon through it for hanging.
Don't forget to add some of your favourite positive affirmations to it before you display it. I have attached a list for inspiration. Look at it and read them when you wake up, before you go to sleep or if you are feeling that you need to be cheered up or motivated.
As with all activities, these are just SUGGESTIONS and there is no pressure on any student to complete any of them. If you can't, that is fine and you do not need to worry at all :-)
